The candidate should be passionate about teaching and mentoring students toward competitive exam success. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and concept-based lectures for NEET/JEE students. Design and deliver lesson plans aligned with the exam syllabus (NCERT, CBSE, and relevant competitive exam boards). Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions, tests, and assessments. Track student progress and provide personalized academic support. Develop high-quality content for classroom assignments, test papers, and online modules. Coordinate with academic planners and support staff for class schedules. Participate in faculty training sessions, seminars, and workshops. Competency : Strong command over subject concepts, previous track record of NEET/JEE teaching preferred. Skills Required Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring. Familiarity with NEET/JEE syllabus and exam patterns. Ability to simplify complex concepts for students. Additional Desirables Past success of students in NEET/JEE under the candidate’s mentorship. Experience in content creation or publishing. Willingness to relocate or travel (for classroom or residential programs). Compensation Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. Salary range: ₹30,000 to ₹1,00,000+ per month (based on subject, experience, location).

Ø Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. Ø Taking care of Utility Maintenance, Plant Maintenance, Weigh Bridge, Pump House, Preventive maintenance etc. Ø Should take care of Paper Bailer, Metal Bailer and Vinyl bailer. Ø Operations & Maintenance of Utilities. Ø Fault diagnosis & rectification, technical skills for sound, cost effective & quality repairs/ overhauling with precision, Problem solving and troubleshooting of plant equipment, monitoring. Ø Erection, commissioning and Plant modification jobs. Ø Co-ordinate with plant & external agency for predictive, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritization. Ø Utility Operations & Maintenance budget preparation, monitoring & control, expense record & downtime analysis, root cause failure analysis. Ø Knowledge of Instrumentation or Electrical systems would be an added advantage. Ø Work involves checking, repairing and servicing machinery, equipment, systems and infrastructures. Ø Responsible for carrying out calibration, preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment's. Ø Responsible to maintain critical spares so as to avoid last minute firefighting. Ø Erection & Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance and troubleshooting of WTP & WWTP system Ø To ensure compliance to statutory requirements and Internal /external audit/ standards and procedure. Note: Candidate should be local of Andhra Pradesh only. No direct walk-in. Shortlisted candidates will be scheduled for interview.
